- All sales are final. No refunds or returns.

-Bring your muscles, tools, and help to load your items. We do not have the manpower to help remove items. All heavy items have to be picked up one hour before the end of the sale day.

- We reserve the right to open the sale before the posted start time "EACH DAY" of the sale.

- First come, first served!! We do not use list or number tickets. The waiting line must monitor itself.

Bring a bin and four$25 fill your bin(15/18 gallon) any bigger the price will be more. All furniture/lamps are best offer. Help us clean out this house. No holding area you will have to carry your own bin. There are many smalls, electronics, tools, clothing etc. still left. There are many yard tools still for sale.

Those who do not want to fill a bin can shop for items. CASH ONLY!

Bins… CASH ONLY!!! At the front door you will pay $25 to enter the home. Regardless, if you end up with a full bin or not. Please be respectful in the home and to others.

Anyone interested in furniture just standby it and will come to you to negotiate/obo the price.

Any furniture purchase has to be removed from the home by 2 PM. You will have to have the manpower and help needed to remove said item.

We will not be able to help you remove the item since the staff will be limited.

My clients parents live in this home for 40 yeas and it is packed full of treasures to pass on. The owner was a nurse, crafter, and food prepper.
