Alaqua Lakes Part Two - Moving Sale! EVERYTHING MUST GO!!

1. We will be taking 10 appointments per time slot from 10-4pm to alleviate parking issues text 407-375-6706 with your first and last name for gate access and address.
2. Please park in the street on the opposite side of the home or you will be ticketed. Do not block mailboxes or driveways.
3. All sales are final. All items are AS IS. No refunds or exchanges.
4. Sunshine Estate Group will not be responsible for the descriptions, condition or authenticity of items. All items are used and without guarantee. We will advise you on the items to the best of our ability. It is the buyers responsibility to make sure all items meet your expectations before purchasing.
5. We accept cash, debit (1% fee), credit card (3% fee), or Zelle. Absolutely no checks.
6. By law, Sunshine Estate Group must charge 7% sales tax which will be added to your purchase during checkout. If you have a resale exemption certificate, please present it before checking out.
7. No food, drinks, smoking, or vaping are allowed on the premises with the exception of water bottles.
8. No large purses or bags are allowed in the home.
9. Please do not bring young children if you can’t watch them at all times. The pool is not fenced.
10. Sunshine Estate Group will not help pack or move heavy items. Please bring your own boxes, packing supplies and movers if you plan on purchasing heavy furniture.
11. You are responsible for any breakages or damage to estate items or property. If you break it, you must pay for it.
12. Please park responsibly and be considerate of the neighbors, please do not block the driveway or sidewalks. Please do not park on the grass.
13. Please watch your step at all times, you are entering the property at your own risk.
