*You are responsible for moving, lifting, and loading any items purchased. Please bring your own muscle and any tools needed.
*All purchased items must be removed from the home by close of last sale day unless other arrangements are made. Happy to recommend a mover I’m working with if interested.
*Items are sold AS-IS with all sales final, so please take time to inspect carefully.
*Please be prepared with own packaging supplies in vehicle for transport as there’s limited availability on site.
*Homeowner/Seller is NOT liable for any damage and/or injuries to persons and properties in or outside the home. Please be careful on the premises and observant of caution tape.
*No large bags/totes/backpacks/strollers to shop ~ Nothing larger than a fanny pack size.
*Please be aware that security monitoring devices will be in use, and anyone caught shoplifting will be prosecuted. Sad that this needs mentioning.
*There are NO restrooms available to the public, so please plan accordingly.
*Please do NOT park on the grass per HOA’s entrance signage nor block any driveways as to be respectful to all neighbors.
*Numbers will be outside the house an hour before the sale begins each day to secure your place in line for entrance.
