WATERFRONT ESTATE SALE ON DUCK KEY

This is a salvage sale! That means we’re selling everything starting with three bedroom sets, beautiful dining and living room furniture, 2 bunk beds, outside seating & grill, bedding and towels. Plus we’re selling everything including the kitchen sink!  We have interior and exterior doors, plantation window shutters (interior), toilets, closet systems, closet doors, 2 refrigerators, washer & dryer, stove/oven, microwave and dishwasher. We are selling the kitchen cabinets and island topped with beautiful, sparkly marble! House will be leveled after the sale!

Unlike most of our sales, we are conducting three previews (dates below) for LARGE items ONLY on a first-come, first serve basis. And, unlike most of our sales, we are listing the purchase price of each item here. Buyers will remove items from the house on Friday and Saturday, June 6-7 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Buyers must bring their own tools, strong labor and adequate transportation!

Piece separates into three pieces and weights a combined 286 lbs. Dining table comes with 6 chairs – (2) Lexington Home dining chairs with arms, (2) Arhouse traditional dining chairs, and (2) Arhouse high back padded chairs – all in off-white. Some marks.
