The sale begins at the published hour. We accept cash and credit cards (for purchases over $50). Please park with consideration. We are happy to assist customers with small items as time and availability permits, but buyers should bring loading help and appropriate vehicles for larger items. Any damage incurred moving large items are the responsibility of the buyer. When purchasing large items, ask a staff member to mark it sold and hold onto the tag. In confined spaces, we will limit entry to a certain number of shoppers at one time. Please treat the sale items, property and neighborhood with respect and park with consideration. In person sales are our first priority. If you cannot attend and wish to ask about a particular item, please email estatesalesinthekeys@gmail.com. The subject line must describe the piece you are interested in and you must make a bid for the item. If the item remains after the in-person sale concludes, we will be happy to discuss a sale.

SARA’S ESTATE SALE: A sale of many little, precious things on Fri, July 18 and Sat, July 19 from 9a to 1p, both days, 1544 East Ho Lane, Marathon in the Crane Hammock neighborhood! This house is tucked away in the hardwood hammock and there’s treasure in every corner of this cozy longtime local’s home. The style is New Orleans meets the Keys with a healthy dose of Pottery Barn and Pier1.

Selling 100+ plant pots, outdoor décor and pair of sturdy Adirondack chairs.

We have TWO blue & white tables of dishes and décor and TWO tables of green & yellow tables of dishes and a set of very rare English Myott Son & Co. “Pink Bermuda” Staffordshire china, plus special dishes from Portugal, Mexico, Switzerland and more.

Oh, we are selling a literal ton of newish hardback novels.

The little sitting room features an MCM armchair and adorable antique upholstered & wood loveseat. The décor ranges from jars of shells to vases to cobalt blue collection and very good original art by Florida artists (Alice V Hansen and Joan Howe).

More than 50 purses to be sold (Coach, Kate Spade, Nantucket, etc.) plus lots of XL clothes NWT and shoes sz 8 & 8.5.

The guest bedroom features an antique, Vermont Maple bleached chest of drawers and fullsize bed frame plus holiday décor sold in bulk by the box (again, top brands like GrandInRoad and Pottery Barn).

In the master bedroom there’s a matching hardwood king frame & sturdy armoire and lots of designer bedding (queen & king) and throws. We’re selling art, mirrors, accent chairs and small furniture. Follow the signs from 52nd St. Gulf and park with consideration.
