We collect sales tax on all sales, if you are a dealer / re-seller we will need a re-sale certificate for our books, so please bring current re-sale certificate from Florida. There is a 3% charge on credit card sales.
We reserve the right to limit the number of people in the house for safety reasons.
All sales are Final so please check your items before you purchase, please be considerate of others, and do not block driveways. We do not deliver furniture, so please be prepared to handle your purchases accordingly. We do not give out pricing before the sale, and we do not hold items. This is the second phase. Bring a flashlight.

The house was emptied and has been refilled with hundreds of boxes and tons of vintage and antiques.

Tupperware, Pyrex, Fireking, loads of vintage kitchen. Pottery, ceramic, porcelain including dish sets.

Fabrics, patterns, misc sewing, quilting, massive amounts. Washer, Fridge, and dishwasher. Multiple dresser bedroom sets, China cabinets including a modern one, lots of misc furniture.

We still have about 100 more boxes to go as we continue the setup. The outbuildings are loaded. Many vintage bicycles, 3 kayaks, tons of tools. The house is loaded, and the outbuildings will be a fun dig. Bring a flashlight, it may be helpful for the outbuildings.
