We actually have three sales this weekend, first time ever. This sale is given to us by my friend Robyn. Her and her husband Mikk have lived here for 8 years. They threw lots of parties at this house. Nick is also in accomplished guitarist. They want all of their friends who had attended their parties to have a little bit of their home. Here's your chance.

Last minute update The family wanted me to let you know that there will be women's and men's clothing all sizes from extra small to extra extra large, including designer and costume jewelry shoes plus craft yarn and supplies basically something for everyone

This is one unusual tree swing I've never seen one so large. You'll have to take it down yourself and I think this should be the cream of the crop for anyone who has partied here and has memories of this wouldn't you like to have it for your very own maybe you can make a baby on it

This little doozy is upstairs it was the dining table top Robyn and Mikk turned it into their headboard for their bed that is a genius idea I've never even thought of that. So what do you think who wants to carry this downstairs and bring it home and make it as their headboard Ahhh if the headboard could talk. . Let's see how high we can get the bidding on this

This is the quicker way to drying your freshly painted fingernails

They have two sets of very cool table lamps here is one of each of the styles

This little honey I sat on it it almost feels like riding a horse, but I'm sure it is good for tightening the core we have it priced at $350 way below the retail of a new one
