Hello everyone thank you for everyone coming out to this house for the sale which is also going to be for sale soon. We have flyers from the realtor as well as her card if anyone is interested in this beautiful home. That being said I talked to my client today they do not want to 50% discount any of the furniture for tomorrow which is a first for me. Although we will honor some discounts but they cannot be at the usual 50% for furniture. We will still honor the 50% on anything over a dollar of the smalls in the house including kitchenware pictures clothing and housewares.

These are from the estates that we had at 1962 crane Creek boulevard, off of Murrell house looks new just about two and a half miles down the road.
$400.00 which is half price when we had it listed at before

( yes supposed to look that way) leather look very comfortable. The set includes the sofa chair and ottoman $800 which is half of what it was when we had the sale.

These are left over from a sale we did 3 months ago. If anyone remembers the estate and Indian harbor. Two story home the original owner of the house owned the Burton store in Indialantic back in the '50s and '60s. These are the last two pieces from that sale. $80 for both

I stated in the updated description of the sale, my client informed me today that they do not want to do the 50% off on furniture but I can do discounts. For instance this three piece sofa set was $500 for the three we can do $350.00

These two leather recliners were $125 each. Sunday price is $75 each. The butterscotch one is extremely comfortable and lays completely flat

Lots of silk foliage here in fact most of the plant cells have them up there collecting dust.
