📦 2. Local Pickup Only – No Shipping
This is a local pickup ONLY sale.
🚚 No shipping. No exceptions.

We’ve got two pickup windows available:

Pickup Day #1: Thursday, August 14th | 3 PM – 7 PM

Pickup Day #2: Saturday, August 16th | 10 AM – 1 PM

🔹 Heads up for larger purchases:
If you’re bringing a truck or trailer, you’ll be assigned a specific pickup time to help us keep things safe and orderly. Check the full terms for more info.

🏠 3. BONUS FINDS! (Wait for it... 👀)
We’ve got plenty of additional items available on-site that didn’t make it into the online listings. These will be first come, first served during pickup.

🚫 We will not be providing advance info or photos of these bonus items.
You’ll just have to come see what goodies are waiting for you in person!

💵 Payment for Bonus Finds:
Bonus finds may be paid for with cash or card at pickup.
Please note: card purchases will include a small transaction fee from the reader company.

🔒 Prices are firm.
No haggling, no bundling, no “what’s your best price.”
Just good deals and fair pricing—come in, shop, and head out so we don’t clog up the neighborhood. 🛻
🚗 Parking is limited, and we appreciate your help in keeping things moving!

💻 4. Online Purchases Must Be Paid Online – No Exceptions
All items purchased through the online sale must be paid for through the platform at checkout.
We cannot accept cash or card at pickup for any online-listed item.

All items are sold as-is, where-is, with no refunds, returns, or exchanges.

We do our best to provide accurate descriptions and detailed photos so you know exactly what you’re purchasing. Please review all photos and item details carefully before checking out.

📦 Pickup Only – No Shipping
All items are local pickup only during the designated times and dates listed.
No shipping is available. No alternate pickup arrangements will be made.

🕐 Pickup Dates & Times Are Strictly Enforced
Buyers must adhere to the scheduled pickup window. We are unable to accommodate alternate times. Please bring help, tools, and appropriate transportation for large or heavy items.

🚛 Large Item Pickups – Truck/Trailer Access
If your purchase requires a moving truck, trailer, or will block the road or driveway during loading, you will be assigned a specific pickup time slot. This is to ensure safety, smooth traffic flow, and consideration for all buyers.

This sale may be located in a gated community with strict access and parking rules. Blocking the roadway or driveway outside of your assigned time is not permitted and may result in denied entry or rescheduling of your pickup.

Please notify us in advance if your vehicle requires extra space or time to load. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us stay compliant with community regulations.

👀 Condition Disclosure
Items are described to the best of our ability, but all sales are made without warranties or guarantees. Please review all images and ask questions before purchasing if you are unsure.

💳 Payment
Payment is due at time of purchase via the online platform. We accept major credit/debit cards through the site’s secure checkout system. No cash payments accepted for online sales.

👤 Buyer Responsibility
Buyers are responsible for reading item descriptions and viewing all images before purchasing. We are not responsible for misunderstandings due to failure to review details.

🚪 Access & Entry
Please respect the pickup location. This may be a private residence or facility—entry will only be granted during your scheduled pickup window.

📧 Communication
All communication should go through the official sale platform. Direct messages, emails, or phone calls may not be answered outside business hours.

📢 Packing & Loading: What to Bring
To keep things running smoothly and safely, buyers must come fully prepared to pack and transport their own items.

We are unable to provide packing supplies such as boxes, paper, or tape—so please bring whatever you’ll need to safely wrap and carry your purchases.

Due to liability reasons, our team cannot assist with lifting, disassembling, or loading items into vehicles. We truly wish we could, but we want to ensure everyone stays safe!

Please make sure to bring:

Any tools needed for disassembly

Enough hands to help move large or heavy items

A vehicle that can accommodate your purchases comfortably

Boxes, packing materials, or bins for fragile or loose items
