Monumental Stone Sculpture, Garden Statuary & Estate Décor

This seven-day online-only estate sale features a monumental signed stone sculpture, cast-stone and concrete garden statuary, a marble pedestal, Asian-style porcelain, decorative lamps, artwork and vintage home décor.

All purchases are local pickup only. Redland Realty and Auction does not provide packing or shipping. Buyers who cannot collect their purchases personally may hire a professional mover, freight carrier or independent shipper to collect the item as their authorized pickup agent.

Many items are large, heavy, fragile or difficult to move. Buyers and their pickup agents must bring sufficient labor, vehicles, dollies, lifting equipment, padding, tools and other materials needed for safe removal.

Review every photograph and the complete item description before purchasing. Condition, age, origin, artist attribution and materials are stated only when they are reasonably supported by the available information.

There is no in-person shopping or preview during the online sale.

All items are sold as-is and where-is, with no warranties or guarantees except that the item will be materially consistent with its written description and photographs.

All sales are final, subject to the applicable EstateSales.NET Marketplace rules and payment procedures.

Photographs form part of each item’s description. Buyers must review all photographs, descriptions, measurements and condition information before purchasing.

Age, artist, manufacturer, origin, material and authenticity are not guaranteed unless the listing expressly states that the information has been independently authenticated.

Electrical, mechanical and operational condition is not guaranteed unless the listing expressly states that the item was tested. “Untested” means no representation is made that the item functions.

All items are local pickup only. Redland Realty and Auction does not provide shipping, freight quotations, packing, crating, disassembly, loading, transportation or insurance.

A buyer may arrange and pay for an independent mover, freight carrier or shipper to collect an item as the buyer’s authorized pickup agent. Any agreement with that service provider is solely between the buyer and the provider.

Buyers and pickup agents must bring all labor, tools, dollies, lifting equipment, packing materials and vehicles required to remove purchases safely. Redland Realty and Auction personnel are not responsible for carrying or loading merchandise.

Items will only be released after payment has been confirmed and the required EstateSales.NET pickup-code process has been completed.

Any invoice with a greater cost than $1,500.00 must be paid either via a wire transfer or Zelle.
