2. One White Orchid is not responsible for the descriptions, condition or authenticity of items. This is an estate sale and all items are used and without any guarantee or warranty whatsoever. We will tell you about the items to the best of our knowledge, but our advice is no guarantee of accuracy. It is always your responsibility to make sure the items you buy meet your expectations before you purchase.
3 We accept cash and all major credit cards (3% charge). Sorry, we do not accept checks
4. One White Orchid collects sales tax as required by law. A 7% sales tax will be added to your purchase price during checkout. If you have a resale exemption certificate, please present it at checkout.
5. One White Orchid estate sales does not provide movers, nor do we assist moving items. Large items must be removed after the sale. We will be happy to recommend a delivery/moving service.
Please bring your own boxes and packing paper, we ask that you pack up your own purchased items at time of sale.
6. You are responsible for any breakages or damage to estate items or property. If you break it, you must pay for it.
7. No food, drink or smoking are permitted in the house. No large bags or large purses allowed.
8. We reserve the right to limit the number of clients within the house, but rest assured, everyone will get a turn.
9. Please park responsibly and be considerate of the neighbors, please do not block the driveway or sidewalks. Please do not park on the grass.
10. Pricing will not be given over the phone or via text.

One White Orchid is thrilled to present The Warehouse Sale, a one-of-a-kind shopping event in a special collaboration with All About the Wow®, starting on Saturday 24th January.
This is your exclusive invitation to shop a selection of furniture, décor, and art directly from All About the Wow’s warehouses, as the luxury turnkey design firm makes room for an inventory refresh.
Together, The Warehouse Sale blends the expertise of two South Florida brands known for taste-driven interiors and thoughtful curation, offering a rare opportunity to shop high-quality, design-forward pieces at accessible price points.
We will be uploading more photos and details while we set up, so please keep checking back.
The event will take place simultaneously across two nearby locations, both hosted by All About the Wow® and One White Orchid. We invite you to visit both locations.
Location 1 - The Wowlet

The Wowlet will showcase more eclectic finds and collected pieces. This location is packed with popular designer brands such as Rodolfo Dordoni for Minotti, Eames, Modloft, Mitchell Gold & Bob Williams, American Leather, Serena and Lily, Dakota, Century, Bernhardt, West Elm and more.
Location 2 - The All About the Wow® warehouse

An outdoor tent sale at the All About The Wow® warehouse will feature a stronger representation of the brand’s signature furnishings, as well as music and a lively, open-house atmosphere.
