1 ) PAYMENTS CONDITIONS

This auction uses Autopay by LiveAuctioneers. If you place a winning bid, your card will be charged shortly after the conclusion of the auction
If you have not contacted WOLRD ART AUCTION to arrange payment within 3 days of sending your invoice, we will automatically charge the amount of your invoice to the credit card you used to register for the auction.

2) DESCRIPTIONS AND WARRANTY OF EACH LOT THAT WILL BE AUCTIONED IN THE WORLD ART AUCTION

Sale of Items "As Is"
All items are sold in their current ("as is") condition. No returns or refunds will be accepted under any circumstances. Final Sales

Authenticity and Provenance
We will provide any documentation of provenance and authenticity that accompanies the items. If the item does not include any documentation, it will be sold as is without documentation.

However, we are not art experts and do not guarantee the authenticity of the pieces. Buyers should conduct their own due diligence before bidding and consult relevant experts. for each work of art

Buyer Responsibility
Once a bidder places a bid and wins an item, it is their responsibility to complete the purchase in a timely manner.

Once payment is received, no refunds will be issued for cancellations or any other reason.

Participation Requirements
