1 ) PAYMENTS CONDITIONS

This auction uses Autopay by LiveAuctioneers. If you place a winning bid, your card will be charged shortly after the conclusion of the auction
If you have not contacted WOLRD ART AUCTION to arrange payment within 3 days of sending your invoice, we will automatically charge the amount of your invoice to the credit card you used to register for the auction.

3. Buyer Responsibility
It is the buyer's sole responsibility to verify the description, authenticity, and condition of the lots before bidding.

4. Returns and Refunds
In the exceptional case that a refund is approved, the lot must be returned in the same condition as sold.
