All property is sold "AS IS", and neither International Art Auction Gallery nor the Consignor makes any representation or warranty, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability, fitness, or condition of the property or as to the correctness of description, genuineness, attribution, provenance or period of the property. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless International Art Auction Gallery and its employees, agents, affiliates, successors, officers, directors and assigns, from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of or relating to any claim or action based upon your use of Online Bidding Services or the breach of this Agreement.

All lots in the Catalog may be subject to a reserve (a confidential minimum price below which the lot will not ordinarily be sold). We as the Agent for Consignor may place bids during the auction if and when the highest outstanding bid at any time during the sale is below the reserve which may have been established on the lot being offered. Consignors are not allowed to bid on their own property.

Buyers have to pay the shipping, packing and insurance separate to the shipping house. After receiving the payment the winning item will be taken to the shipping house were the buyer will choose with option is better. International art auction gallery does not charge for shipping in the invoices , shipping has to be paid separately to the shipping house at buyers Spence.
