Hi Folks...Welcome to our 2nd Sale at 5773 HERMITAGE CIRCLE, MILTON, FL  32570!  This sale will also take place on FRIDAY & SATURDAY, May 16th & 17th from 8am to 2pm.  This sale has some cool garage stuff, nice furniture, china, outdoor furniture and more.  If you have any questions or would like to Pre-Buy, please contact Angie at 860-303-6443!  We hope to see you there!  

Here is how Pre-Buying works...

**Any Pre-Sale items will have a Number, Price & Description.
**If you wish to purchase items under the limit, please shop the sale on Scheduled Sale Dates.
**If you wish to purchase a "Pre-Sale" item, please text or call Julie at 850-889-5355.  Please send your NAME, the ITEM, ITEM NUMBER and picture of the Item.
**All SALES ARE FINAL, WHERE IS, AS IS.  NO REFUNDS.
**A payment link from SQUARE will be sent to you.  Payment must be paid UPON RECEIPT of link or item will be reposted For Sale.
**All items MUST be PICKED UP during the SALE DATES.  If any item is not picked up by the end of the sale, there WILL NOT BE A REFUND.
**DELIVERIES are available for a fee.  Please call Kevin Dolan at (850)889-5356.
**Taxes will be charged at time of purchase.  If you are a dealer, please bring a copy of your resale certificate.
