If you are bringing your children, they are welcome , please make sure they are handheld.

He especially loved sharing with family and friends the fruits of his passion, which was being able to share what he had grown or caught
I do believe the man could repair anything. Cause he had the tools to build or repair anything and everything.
I know Mr. Polk had at least 3 Larger Boats. JimmyAnn, Momma's Worry, and when he retired, he built the Cabin Cruiser you will see in the front yard.
Her Name Is OVER TIME. She hasn’t been in the water for probably 20 years, but is really anxious to go, and yes, SHE IS FOR Free to a good home
Along with most everything you can lay your hands on in the garage, , a silver (gray) shed, (Plus the shed is also for sale),
Dress accordingly and be prepared to plunder
And when you get done outside, come inside to cool off and continue the hunt for great deals.

I like to put a bit of a story about the person I am ultimately doing the Estate Sale for in my ad.
I believe it makes people realize these sales are not merely Yard Sales.
They represent the persons life, there interest, hobbys and the things they cherished the most.
They left there belongings thru no fault of there own. So when you purchase items from an Estate-sale, you are purchasing items that was hand picked by them, or for them. And that makes it even more special to have.
