We prefer cash purchases but should you need to use a card, a 3% surcharge will be applied.
I am a registered business in the State of Florida, therefore, I am required to collect and pay sales tax. If you have a tax exempt form, you will need to bring a copy for me to keep and present your ID that matches the name on the form.
Please bring help to carry and load your purchases because help may not be available. All purchases must be picked up prior to the end of the sale the day of purchase.
Homeowner representative nor Your Home to Theirs Estate Sales are responsible for illness, accidents or injury . Please shop safely!
There will be no public restrooms available at this sale.
Lastly, I don’t want to put this but I need to. We are inviting you into the home of our client. We ask that you be respectful of the home, the neighbors, my helpers and myself. If you do not, you will be asked to leave so please conduct yourself accordingly.

This is a great home built by the owners in beautiful cedar wood on a beautiful wooded lot tucked down a dirt road. Wild turkeys and raccoons have greeted us so far. It is full of all kinds of treasures to be discovered. We are just getting started, so please keep checking back. We will be adding more pictures as we go.
