As required by law, we collect sales tax on all sales. Items sold are "as is" and all sales are final; no returns/refunds/exchanges so please inspect items thoroughly before purchasing. Bring help to move large/heavy items such as furniture. We will assist you with this when we can but that will not always be the case. No purses/bags allowed inside, no exceptions. Please lock personal items in your trunk. Shopping baskets are available for your convenience. Please do not call or text asking for prices, measurements, etc. Unfortunately we are too busy preparing for the sale to stop what we are doing and answer those type questions. Other than vehicles, no pre-sales.
