ACCESS TO APARTMENT IS BEHIND THE RESTAURANT BUILDING AND UP THE STAIRCASE. SIGNS WILL BE POSTED DURING SALE DAYS.
DUE TO UNIQUE LOCATION, WE WILL DO PRESALES ON ENTIRE CONTENTS DURING THE HOURS OF 10 am TO 2pm, on TUESDAY, JULY 15, BEFORE THE SCHEDULED PUBLIC SALE ON JULY 17.
THE PUBLIC SALE WILL BE JULY 17,18,19 9am - 2 pm.
YOU MUST BE ABLE TO REMOVE ANY LARGE ITEMS, YOURSELF.
