ESTATE SALE!! Dusty Lane - House and Detached Garage

This sale is located in two buildings, a house and a detached workshop.  There are two different entrances several yards apart and both will be marked.  The first entrance is to the workshop, the second is to the house.

In the house we have a 5 piece king size bedroom set by Wynwood, folding desk, wooden desk, portable photo booth equipment, full kitchen with commercial grade cookware, two sets of china, holiday decor, glassware, women's clothing size medium/large, vintage fishing poles, lures, backpack blower, chain saw, misc. garage items and some outsoor decor.

In the workshop we have lots of small tools, tool boxes, metal racks, nuts/bolts/screws, hand tools, generator, boxes of fabric and denim, holiday decor, etc.

In addition, all fixtures, including doors, and attached lighting, dog kennels and metal roofing can be sold.  

We also have a 1987 17ft glass stream cutlass 172.  Has a 3 liter engine.  It runs well, just hasn't been started for a year.  Brand new $400 prop and new D rated tires on the trailer. Needs cosmetic work from sitting with a cover in the sun
