ALL SALES FINAL AND ALL ITEMS SOLD AS IS
Unless listed as a pre-sale item, no items will be sold in advance of the first sale day. We do not give item price quotes beyond those already listed for presale.
We accept cash, checks with proper ID, and credit cards for purchases over $25.
As required by Florida law, we collect sales tax at our sales. If exempt, a copy of your exempt tax certificate IS REQUIRED for all exempt sales.
Packing and boxes are limited so please bring your own. We are happy to assist you with getting small items to your car when possible, however, you must arrange to have heavy objects loaded and unloaded. We have contact information for local moving services to assist, if necessary.
Please note, we don't sell over the phone or online unless item is available for "presale". We do not do price quotes on items other than those listed for presale.
If you wish to purchase items from our sale, please come to the sale and inspect the item and purchase in person.
Early Bird Estate Sales of the Emerald Coast, LLC is not responsible for accidents--sale homes are very full--move about with caution. No strollers please and children must stay with an adult at all times! -Bring help to remove your items . In some cases items require professional movers due to weight or possible damage to house or item so you will need to make those arrangements with those companies prior to the end of the sale for pickup. DISCLAIMER :We reserve the right to remove items from the sale at our discretion when necessary.
