We will have help available to load for a fee.
All furniture must be picked up by Saturday last day of sale by 1 pm or forfeited with no refund given. Repeat.
All other items must be picked up by 2 pm on Saturday the last day of the sale or forfeited with no refund given. Repeat.
The driveway is for loading only. There is parking available on the street. Please be mindful of the neighbor's property.
Very Clean home with nice Quality items.
The internet is spotty in the home so being Cash as we are unsure if the card machine will work. if card machine does work 5 % processing fee on all cards.
We accept; Cash, Business and personal checks with ID as well as Bank and debit cards accepted. There is a 5% buyer's premium on all sales with a 5% discount given for cash and checks. 50.00 return check fee.
Not responsible for accidents.
