No returns, exchanges, or refunds.

3. PAYMENT

Accepted payment methods will be posted.
Items must be paid for in full before removal.

4. HOLDING ITEMS

No holds without payment unless otherwise stated.

5. LOADING & LARGE ITEMS

Buyers are responsible for removing and loading their purchases.
Please bring adequate help, tools, and transportation for large or heavy items.
Staff is not available to move, lift, disassemble, or load furniture or appliances.

6. CHILDREN & PERSONAL PROPERTY

Children must be supervised at all times.
Please keep personal belongings with you. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

7. PROPERTY RESPECT

Please do not block driveways, mailboxes, or neighbors’ access.
