***We will be open for a preview of the home Wednesday, 10/22 from 4 to 6 PM. No pre-sales will be allowed, but you can walk the property and the guest house, and hot hors d’oeuvres and drinks will be provided. A link to register will be provided on our Facebook and Instagram pages. You must be on the guest list in order to enter.***
Please bring your own tools and muscles for loading - WE CANNOT HELP LOAD!

NO PURSES OR BAGS, please! If you forget to leave them in the car, you can give them to the cashier to put behind the desk.
We take cash, Venmo, Zelle, and Cashapp. In addition, we take credit, debit, and Apple Pay with 3% surcharge.
Opening morning signup list will be posted online Thursday at 4pm. (You do not need to sign up to attend the sale - this is just for early birds!) Go to the Pickerty website to access signup list.

This home is located near Beeman Park, right on the border of Winter Park. The family has lived there since the 1930s, and with connections to James Gamble-Rogers and the Leu family of Leu Gardens, it is filled with Winter Park history. The treasures fill every room, and we will offer a private preview on Wednesday afternoon 10/22, 4 PM to 6 PM. Please note **you must be on the guest list in order to enter.** Hot hors d’oeuvres and drinks will be provided, and you are free to walk the house, the guest house, and the property.
