1. We prefer CASH but accept all Major Credit Cards... there will be a 4% convenience fee charged on all credit and debit purchases. NO CREDIT CARD CHARGES UNDER $5.00. NO CHECKS. We will charge sales tax, please bring your 2025 Tax Resale License for tax exempt purchases.

5. We will provide shopping baskets for your shopping convenience along with bags and wrapping for your items. You are encouraged to bring your own shopping basket (not bags) to the sale.
6. NO PURSES, LARGE BAGS OR BACKPACKS will be allowed. No Exceptions, We can hold in a secure area and give you a ticket of receipt for your purse or bag

SINCE 1954 VON ENGINEERING, STEEL FABRICATION, CLASSIC & HOTROD AUTOMOBLE WAREHOUSE IS CLOSING ITS DOORS AND YOU HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO SHOP THIS SALE IN THE HEART OF ORLANDO, FLORIDA.

The small steel fabricating shop opened in the mid 50s. Over the years, as the business grew so did the building. The business had a large part in building Florida. Many of the buildings they had a hand in are still standing today. They had a part in the Shark Encounter at Sea World and buildings at Church Street Station. The owner was also a car enthusiast. He grew up tinkering with cars and scooters. His real love was rebuilding classics and streetrods. He was a member of a local car club for over 40 years. When the business closed in early 2000, rebuilding cars became a full time hobby. Some called him a bulk buyer because he rarely bought one of anything. He loved antiques. He could fix just about anything and if he couldn't find a part, he would make it.

On this large piece of property was also a home that we have cleared out so there will literally we items from "heavy metal" to housewares. Something for everyone.
