Amy’s Luxury Estate Sales – Terms & Conditions

All Sales Final – No refunds, exchanges, or returns. Items are sold as-is, where-is with no guarantees or warranties.

Payment – We accept cash, checks, Zelle, Venmo and CashApp.

Pricing – Prices are firm on the first day of the sale. Discounts will be offered on subsequent days.

Pickup & Removal - Buyers are responsible for moving and loading their own purchases. Our staff is unable to assist with lifting or loading. We partner with a reliable third-party mover who offers reasonable rates and is available to help as needed. All items must be removed by the end of the sale unless prior arrangements have been made.

Liability – Attendees enter the property at their own risk. We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or lost/stolen items.

Children & Pets – Due to the nature of estate sales, children must be supervised at all times. No pets allowed.

Conduct – We reserve the right to refuse entry or service to anyone disrupting the sale, being rude to staff, or violating these terms.

Security – Surveillance will be in use. Large bags and purses are not allowed.
