~TERMS AND CONDITIONS: ALL SALES ARE FINAL – The customer is responsible for testing any and all items they are buying. SALES ~TAX: We charge the standard sales tax in whatever county the sale is held.
~PAYMENTS: We accept CASH, CARDS, CHECKS, VENMO, ZELLE, APPLEPAY and adorable babies.
~MOVING FURNITURE: Bring your own muscle. We are unable to assist in the moving/loading of furniture. For smaller loads, consider the apps TOTE or ROADIE. We urge you to be VERY CAREFUL in moving your items — if you damage the home while doing this for whatever reason, you’re responsible for repairs
~HERITAGE OR OWNERS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURIES/ACCIDENTS WHILE ON THE PREMISES. Please be mindful of quirky stairs and uneven pavements.
~WHEN BUYING LARGE ITEMS — make sure you alert a sales representative to place a SOLD sign on the item you wish to purchase, with your name and cell number, along with the time you’ll pick the item up. You are welcome to continue to shop while your large item is on hold. We have a two-part tag system- take the bottom portion of the tag to the register for payment.
~PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL of the sale house. Remember that this was someone’s home, childhood home, or place of business that is being liquidated. Please put things back if you decide against them, tidy the area if you messed it up in your rummaging (and we welcome rummaging), but please don’t make it harder on us or the property owner/executor by being disrespectful of the property. Thank you for this.
~KIDS – Unattended children will be given sugar, drum sets and free puppies.
~RESPECT ANY TAPED-OFF AREAS/OBJECTS: Certain areas will be designated by tape as OFF LIMITS. Do not violate the OFF LIMIT areas.
~Red and white SOLD tags indicate sold items. Those caught removing tags will be banned from this and future sales.
~THEFT: We will prosecute thieves. Video cameras are used throughout the house, and they have online cloud storage.
~PARKING — Please obey the parking regulations of the neighborhood where the sale is being held. Do not block driveways or mailboxes. Understand that you will be ticketed if your vehicle obstructs the passage of emergency vehicles along the street. So please even if you have to walk — don’t get a ticket.
~LOADING –The driveway will be for LOADING ONLY. Do not BLOCK the driveway where the estate sale is taking place.

The previous owner moved to the house in 1967 and lived the rest of her life there.
Most of the furnishings are original from the era-
if you are looking for a plaid sofa or loveseat- we've got you covered! If you are in the market for a faux leather black sleeper sofa- look no further! This one is even from Montgomery Wards!

Brocade sofa by Lenoir, MCM swivel chairs by Gilliam, MCM side table by Lane Acclaim, MCM Italian Provincial side and coffee tables with marble tops, a pair of brass lamps by Stiffel, a great MCM hanging swag lamp, Brutalist candle sconce- it's all here!
We've even got a vintage Lowrey electric organ!!
There's an "Old Spanish" look King headboard, Drexel night stand, dresser and triple dresser with mirror. There are wall plaques by Syroco and a Hermann Miller wall clock.
There is a lovely Washburn Mandolin for those that are musically inclined.
The office has three vintage (1970s) desks, vintage electronics, radios (space age), VHS player, vintage Touch and Sew sewing machine by Singer, LOTS of Fleece material for making blankets and more
The dining room has a large set of gold rimmed Noritake as well as a set of Oneida Community flatware "Evening Star" still in its wooden box!
There are some vintage Disney Plush of Minnie & Mickey Mouse & Pooh as well as some vintage Barbie & other dolls (sorry in advance for the nightmares) - Collegeville Costumes Grim Reaper Halloween Costume, vintage comic books like Tales from the Crypt and more!
There are some vintage linens, some vintage clothing and fur jackets, some costume jewelry and more!
There are lots of housecoats, lots of shoes, blouses and pants in larger ladies sizes and more!
In the kitchen there is some vintage Pyrex, Anchor Hocking, Wagner ware, Corning, Tupperware, Coca Cola metal tray and kitchen doo dads- there are wall plaques and pockets
There are some Winter Park Art Festival framed prints, a Thomas Kinkade print, some vintage paintings of Italy and some artist crafted pottery pieces.
In the family room there are LOTS of jigsaw puzzles and some vintage games like Mattel Electronics Gin, Custom Styling as well as card and board games. There is a vintage Christmas vibe in this room with some large vintage Annalee Santa dolls.
