~TERMS AND CONDITIONS: ALL SALES ARE FINAL – The customer is responsible for testing any and all items they are buying. SALES ~TAX: We charge the standard sales tax in whatever county the sale is held.
~PAYMENTS: We accept CASH, CARDS, CHECKS, VENMO, and APPLE PAY and adorable babies.
~MOVING FURNITURE: Bring your own muscle. We are unable to assist in the moving/loading of furniture. We urge you to be VERY CAREFUL in moving your items — if you damage the home while doing this for whatever reason, you’re responsible for repairs
~HERITAGE OR OWNERS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURIES/ACCIDENTS WHILE ON THE PREMISES. Please be mindful of quirky stairs and uneven pavements.
~WHEN BUYING LARGE ITEMS — make sure you alert a sales representative to place a SOLD sign on the item you wish to purchase, with your name and cell number, along with the time you’ll pick the item up. You are welcome to continue to shop while your large item is on hold. We have a two-part tag system- take the bottom portion of the tag to the register for payment.
~PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL of the sale house. Remember that this was someone’s home, childhood home, or place of business that is being liquidated. Please put things back if you decide against them, tidy the area if you messed it up in your rummaging (and we welcome rummaging), but please don’t make it harder on us or the property owner/executor by being disrespectful of the property. Thank you for this.
~KIDS – Unattended children will be given sugar, drum sets and free puppies.
~RESPECT ANY TAPED-OFF AREAS/OBJECTS: Certain areas will be designated by tape as OFF LIMITS. Do not violate the OFF LIMIT areas.
~Red and white SOLD tags indicate sold items. Those caught removing tags will be banned from this and future sales.
~THEFT: We will prosecute thieves. Video cameras are used throughout the house, and they have online cloud storage.
~PARKING — Please obey the parking regulations of the neighborhood where the sale is being held. Do not block driveways or mailboxes. Understand that you will be ticketed if your vehicle obstructs the passage of emergency vehicles along the street. So please even if you have to walk — don’t get a ticket.
~LOADING –The driveway will be for LOADING ONLY. Do not BLOCK the driveway where the estate sale is taking place.

This wonderful Lancaster Park home was built in 1949, and has seen multiple generations grow and bloom within its walls. It is a very full home filled with antiques and vintage items—furniture, china, clothing, knick-knacks, smalls, and large items of all types. Come and plan to stay a while!

 

PARKING WILL BE A CHALLENGE.  THE STREET IS SOMEWHAT NARROW AND TRASH PICKUP IS ON FRIDAY (of course!) PLEASE PARK NICELY AND MAKE USE OF THE SIDE STREETS

 

Entry room- 2 Antique Empire period High Chests, Empire Butler's Desk, Pine Primitives including Dry Sinks, Dough Box, Blanket Chest, grandfather clock, Victorian Sofa, cut glass, porcelain, brass candlesticks, crocks, rocking chairs, drop leaf tables, brass lamps, mantle clock, vintage fountain pens, sterling

 

Dining Room- a huge set of Greek Key by Limoges, antique cups & saucers, antique buffet/sideboard, dining room table with 4 leaves and chairs, drop leaf table, flatware by Gorham and a large bronze flatware set from Thailand, a Ladies Desk & Chair, Oil paintings by listed artist and knick knacks.

 

Sun Room- beautiful colored genie bottles & bowls, glass grape bunches, Blenko, crackled pieces and more. Heisey, Fenton, Libby, American Brilliant, Limoges, English & German china, marble lamps, a beautiful turned tri-spindle legged side table, an oriental rug and more.

 

1st Bedroom- we refer to this one as the "men's room"- there is a nice selection of vintage/antique fishing lures and rods, men's clothing, horn souvenir swords, a carved decoy, a Mahogany Federal style bedroom set, antique quilts, crocheted coverlets and more. 

 

2nd Bedroom- there is vintage and antique clothing ranging from 1880- to the 1980's. You can dress for a day in the covered wagon or a glamorous night on the town. We have an entire dress form wearing a black silk Victorian gown. There are vintage mink stoles and a fox fur coat. Many Fur (mink, fox and lamb) collars, cuffs, muffs, stoles, wraps, and a wonderful mink and silk handbag. There is a pair of beaver Mush Mitts (Alaskan dog sled mittens). Vintage shoes and purses as well, lots of vintage perfume bottles and accessories. There are even two vintage wedding gowns to celebrate this month of June! 

 

Christmas is in the hallway- there is a nice vintage papier mache' nativity from Italy included. 

 

3rd bedroom- this room has lots of Crocks, Oil Lanterns including Railroad lanterns, Vintage and Primitive items, an encyclopedia set from the 1920's, vintage National Geographics from the 1960's and 70's. Vintage and Antique Toys, bisque dolls from Germany, a lovely child/doll-sized Victorian Dresser believed to be a salesman's sample. Vintage and antique Books, wicker Dresser and bookshelves, a Sampler from 1837, antique Saws, Art and a marble-topped side Table. 

 

Bonus Room- this one is up some steps- there is lots of vintage art on the walls, more clothing from the 80-'s and 90-'s era, lots of wooden items and baskets, vintage paper ephemera, just a lot of stuff!!

 

The rec room- this one is down 3 stairs-- there is a ton of primitives here- lots of old Tools, huge Vise, Farm Tools and home pieces, an 8'10" long Pine Spindle Back Bench, Primitive Pine Flip top Bench Table, 2 Dry Sinks and more. There is a bar with vintage barware, vintage stereo and speakers from Sansui, There is a brass Rooster Burner (probably to light cigars). You should plan to spend some time going through things!

 

The kitchen- it is small but mighty! There are vintage glass Lance Cracker Containers, vintage and contemporary cookbooks, vintage cast iron frying pans of all sizes including a 14" diameter one!, glassware, Stainless cookware from Wolfgang Puck, Emeril cookware and more. Wolfgang Puck Knife set, Corelle, Pyrex

 

The laundry room -this room is down a few steps- it is amazing how the owners could put so much stuff in such a little area! From here you can go to the backyard where we have tents up with lots more that we just didn't have the room for inside. There are also some outdoor items for sale, including a concrete picnic table and bench set.

 

Check out will be outside in the carport- there is a lot to see, and you definitely want to spend some time here.

 

Please park on a side street or on the house sale side of the street only- it is a narrow street and Friday is trash day so it will be "tight". Bring your wallets and your sense of adventure and please leave your purses, backpacks in the car. See you this weekend!
