All Sales Final
All items are sold as is, where is, with no guarantees, warranties, or returns. No warranties expressed or implied. Descriptions are believed to be accurate but are not guaranteed. Buyers are responsible for reviewing all photos, descriptions, and condition notes prior to bidding.

Buyer’s Premium & Tax
A 20% buyer’s premium will be added to all purchases. Florida sales tax applies to all purchases unless a valid resale certificate is provided prior to bidding. Resale certificates must be submitted and approved before the auction closes.

Payment
Credit cards on file will be charged automatically at the close of the auction unless prior arrangements have been made with the auctioneer. Declined payments must be resolved within 24 hours or items may be forfeited. No chargebacks, reversals, or payment disputes are permitted. Invoices must be paid in full before any pickup or shipping.

Shipping
Shipping is available on select items at the buyer’s expense. All shipping costs include postage, packaging materials, and handling. Shipping will be calculated and added to the invoice after the auction closes, once items are safely packed and weighed.
Combined shipping will be used whenever possible to minimize cost. Tracking information will be provided once the package has shipped.
Poshlando is not responsible for carrier delays or damage once the item has been handed over to the shipping service. Insurance can be added upon request prior to shipping.

Pickup
Local pickup is available in the Orlando area by appointment. The pickup address and available time slots will be provided on invoices sent to winning bidders. Buyers must bring their own packing materials, labor, and equipment to load purchases. A valid photo ID may be required at pickup.

Forfeiture
Items not picked up or paid for within the designated timeframe will be considered abandoned and forfeited without refund. Abandoned items may be resold, donated, or disposed of at the auctioneer’s discretion. No refunds or credits will be issued for abandoned items.

Liability
Auctioneer and staff are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or lost/damaged items once sold. Entry to the pickup site is at the buyer’s own risk.

Bidding Agreement
By registering to bid and placing a bid, the bidder acknowledges and accepts all terms and conditions of this auction. All bids are binding contracts to purchase. Bidders are responsible for ensuring accuracy of their bids and contact information.

Disputes
The auctioneer’s decision is final in the event of any dispute regarding bidding, lot descriptions, or sale outcomes. The auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid or bidder at their discretion.
