Entry to the estate sale is at your own risk. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove individuals who behave disruptively.

Pricing
All prices are set by the estate sale company. Items are not tagged with prices; all prices are final. There are no negotiations or discounts unless explicitly announced by the sale organizer.

Cash-Only Sale
This estate sale is cash-only. No checks, credit, or debit card payments will be accepted. Please plan accordingly.

Inspection and Purchases
All items are sold as-is, where-is. Buyers are encouraged to inspect items before purchasing, as all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or returns.

Payment and Checkout
Payment must be made immediately upon selecting items. Items are considered sold once payment is received. Buyers are responsible for completing their purchase and selecting their items efficiently.

Item Removal
Purchased items must be removed promptly at the end of the sale or during the designated removal period. Buyers are responsible for loading and transporting their purchases.

Liability
The estate sale company is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or theft during the sale. Participants participate at their own risk.

Limits on Items
Purchase limits may be imposed to ensure fair access to items.

Children and Pets
Children must be supervised at all times. Pets are not permitted unless otherwise specified.

Conduct
Buyers are expected to behave respectfully and courteously. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the sale.

Changes or Cancellations
The estate sale company may modify hours, remove items, or cancel the sale at any time without prior notice.
