Welcome to my first, but not last Estate Sale. This is my Spring Sale.

Hold the date for the Pensacola Greek Festival weekend for my Fall Sale. OPA!

This sale is a Downsizing Living Estate Sales for C.D. Liveakos aka Neil.

When I say "Private' I mean that this is my sale. I'm doing it myself with a little help from my Cousins and friends and pirates and maybe you too. Call me 850-741-8763.

Living Estate Sales are different because your host is not dead yet. Yes. I live here.

NOT EVERYTHING IS FOR SALE.

If you see BLUE Painters Tape with NFS it's not for sale. Unless you make me a crazy offer. Look for the items tagged with prices and yellow ribbon. Those are the ones for sale. Easy.

NOT EVERY ROOM IS OPEN.

I've got a lot of stuff. Can't do it all.

The Spring Sale is small but sincere. Some of the Dining Room, Kitchen, Hall, Office (Small Bedroom), Front Yard and Front and Back Porch will be OPEN.

Fall Sale OPENS the Living Room, the Florida Room, the Bedrooms and the Bathrooms the Citrus Patio, the Greenhouse and the Garage. But these rooms are CLOSED for the Spring Sale.

The Spring Sale runs 9 to 4 PM Fri 5/15 & 5/16. Please stay outside the Front Gate by 10th Ave but behind the invisible fence before the Front Gate opens and after it closes. Please enter through the Gate. Not over the invisible fence.

There will be a few chairs but you may want to bring your own.

Mi casa est su casa, but my little bungalow is small and full of too much stuff.

Figure it will only handle 10 to 12 folks at a time. So expect delays. Be patient. But have fun!
