2. One White Orchid is not responsible for the descriptions, condition or authenticity of items. This is an estate sale and all items are used and without any guarantee or warranty whatsoever. We will tell you about the items to the best of our knowledge, but our advice is no guarantee of accuracy. It is always your responsibility to make sure the items you buy meet your expectations before you purchase.
3 We accept cash and all major credit cards (3% charge). Sorry, we do not accept checks
4. One White Orchid collects sales tax as required by law. A 7% sales tax will be added to your purchase price during checkout. If you have a resale exemption certificate, please present it at checkout.
5. One White Orchid estate sales does not provide movers, nor do we assist moving items. Large items must be removed after the sale. We will be happy to recommend a delivery/moving service.
Please bring your own boxes and packing paper, we ask that you pack up your own purchased items at time of sale.
6. You are responsible for any breakages or damage to estate items or property. If you break it, you must pay for it.
7. No food, drink or smoking are permitted in the house. No large bags or large purses allowed.
8. We reserve the right to limit the number of clients within the house, but rest assured, everyone will get a turn.
9. Please park responsibly and be considerate of the neighbors, please do not block the driveway or sidewalks. Please do not park on the grass.
10. Pricing will not be given over the phone or via text.

One White Orchid is thrilled to be selling the contents of this elegant 5,300 square-feet home in a secluded and prestigious corner of Pinecrest.

One of the sale highlights is a beautiful Yamaha G1 baby grand piano, serial number 1423619.
The chic furniture assortment includes a magnificent 10-seater dining table and chairs set, armchairs, an L-shaped sectional sofa, drawer chests, side tables, a desk, beds and night stands, as well as glass, wooden and metal coffee-tables.
To help up your decor game we have a Cartier clock, a chandelier, Christofle silver tableware, Tiffany dishware and glassware, fine china and porcelain from Limoges, lots of decorative dinnerware, an array of ornamental pieces, vases and urns, lamps, rugs, and mirrors, as well as pots and plants for your yard. We are also selling a fabulous selection of artwork, including a very special Chanel poster that was used for an outdoor advertising campaign in London!
For fashion lovers we have a a closet full of ladies’ apparel, handbags and shoes from designers like Chanel, Gucci, Givenchy, Stella McCartney, Sergio Rossi, Richard Tyler and Escada. We are also selling jewelry and fragrances.
We are offering for sale golf clubs, bicycles, the contents of a children’s playroom, a Yamaha keyboard, lots of coffee table books, home appliances, kitchenware and lots more.
