We do allow presale on items and the prices stated will be at the listed price, no discounts. Please call or email Steve to set an appointment. Bring help to load large items, Not responsible for accidents, We accept Cash , Venmo and Zelle. All sales final. no refunds or exchanges, all items sold as-is. All items must be removed by the end of the day Saturday, no exceptions. Please park in the spots available, do not block driveways or mailboxes. There are some very heavy items that if purchased will have to be removed by the end of the day. Bring Help for packing and loading. We do offer shipping on items at the buyers expense.

One by R Gordon and one by John Atlas, and both are in very good condition. More pictures will be added the week before the sale.
