ALL SALES FINAL: All merchandise is sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied. Please inspect all items carefully before purchasing. NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR CREDITS.
TOOLS & EQUIPMENT: For the safety of everyone attending the sale, please do not plug in, operate, test, disassemble or otherwise use any power tools, machinery or equipment without permission from Blackwell Auction Group staff.
REMOVAL & LOADING: Buyers are responsible for the removal, loading and transportation of all purchases. Please bring appropriate help, tools, packing materials and vehicles for furniture, tool chests, machinery and other large or heavy items. Staff will not be available to assist with loading.
PURCHASED ITEMS: All purchases must be removed from the property by the end of the sale unless prior arrangements have been approved by Blackwell Auction Group. Blackwell Auction Group and the property owner are not responsible for merchandise left on the premises after purchase.
SAFETY & LIABILITY: Please use caution while attending the sale. Blackwell Auction Group, the property owner and their respective representatives are not responsible for accidents, injuries, loss or damage to personal property to the extent permitted by law.
PRICING: Prices may be reduced or changed at the discretion of Blackwell Auction Group during the sale. Please do not remove, switch or alter price tags.
ENTRY & CONDUCT: Blackwell Auction Group reserves the right to control entry, limit the number of shoppers inside the property, refuse service when legally permitted, and remove anyone engaging in unsafe, disruptive or inappropriate conduct.
CHILDREN: Children must remain under the direct supervision of an adult at all times, particularly in garage, workshop and tool areas.
