We do allow presale on items and the prices stated will be at the listed price, no discounts. Please call 561 234 6428 or email Steve to set an appointment. I do not do pricings till the week of the sale. Bring help to load large items, Not responsible for accidents, We accept Cash , Venmo and Zelle. All sales final. no refunds or exchanges, all items sold as-is. All items must be removed by the end of the day Saturday, no exceptions. Please park in the spots available, do not block driveways or mailboxes. There are some very heavy items that if purchased will have to be removed by the end of the day. Bring Help for packing and loading. We do offer shipping on items at the buyers expense.
