I particularly liked this house right off the cuff when we met with our clients. It is like walking into a relative's house that you haven't seen in a long time. Everything had its place everything was clean and neat. Almost smelled like something cooking in the oven. This home is pet free and smoke free. Beautiful view out the back. Our homeowner made all of the window treatments herself. All the painting was done by the husband. No need to wear gloves or a mask for this home it is absolutely beautiful. We have two queen beds and one king bed at this sale. Here is the mattress without anything on it. $200 ( comes with metal headboard) all of our mattress sets are practically new.

1960s dining room set with hutch. It is actually one of the nicer dining room sets I've seen recently of our estate sales. There is a table cover which I have on part of it as you can see when you get here. This is priced to sell for the set.
