ehicle Payment and Title Transfer Terms

Payment for the vehicle must be made by cash or bank wire transfer only. Buyers electing to pay by bank wire transfer are required to provide a $500 cash deposit at the time of purchase and must remit the remaining balance within 48 hours.

The vehicle and its title will remain in the seller’s possession until payment has been received in full and all funds have cleared and been verified by the seller.

All buyers are required to transfer and register the vehicle title in their own name in accordance with applicable state laws. Titles will not be left "open," assigned to an unnamed purchaser, or transferred without the buyer’s information being properly completed.

No exceptions will be made to these payment and title transfer requirements.
