According to image intelligence tools that we use it is estimated that there will be over 7000 items for sale in this estate sale. A considerable amount of items will be priced but it is nearly impossible to price every single individual item. 

This is one of the largest estate sales that we have conducted this year. Several of our regular buyers agree that this is probably one of the biggest estate sales that they are aware of that they have been to this year. 

Most of the furniture is $300 or less per item on day 1. Client is motivated to get home cleared. Items will be priced to sell.

Bulk purchases will be available for those interested including dealers and resellers.  Everything will be priced to sell. Friday 25 percent off, Saturday 50+ percent off, Sunday 50+ percent off

We will be selling contents of the 2nd floor, the attic contents, and what was locked away in all of the cabinets and rest rooms and remainder of estate. We have brought allot of items from upstairs downs stairs so that they are accessible to every one. 

We have a massive sewing and craft room set up up stairs. We have also set up a Christmas room. 

The pictures that are currently posted are an early version of this sale and we will be setting up the sale and taking pictures and posting them.
