I do not do pricings till the week of the sale. Bring help to load large items, Not responsible for accidents, We accept Cash , Venmo and Zelle. All sales final. no refunds or exchanges, all items sold as-is. All items must be removed by the end of the day Saturday, no exceptions. Please park in the spots available, do not block driveways or mailboxes. There are some very heavy items that if purchased will have to be removed by the end of the day. Bring Help for packing and loading. We do offer shipping on items at the buyers expense.

We offer Presale purchasing, the week before the sale. This home has living room furniture, bedroom furniture, lanai table and chairs, there is a Jacuzzi that needs a little work, kitchenware, quite a few antiques, collectables, garage items, large stained glass piece, unique items and more. There are a pair of very nice Peacock chairs that are in very good condition.
