This is a very short sale One day only. Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. everything is priced to go, lower than normal I have two matching grounds sofa recliners they are $100 each see what I mean crazy prices I have two queen beds one of them is practically new and the other one has a very small stain they both have mattress covers. I do have a mid-century modern three-piece dresser set very cool I think that's the most expensive thing in here at $250. Bring cash, or Zelle me or Cash app, No reasonable offers refused and I do mean try to be reasonable folks we're all trying to make a little bit of scratch here. The condo will be on the market soon it is a penthouse top floor with inside parking.

Because this is a one-day sale I figured I would do nice and simple across the board. Everything in the closet is $3 we do have an entry closet with jackets and coats they are a little higher. But for all the times purposes and the master bedroom closet everything is a strict $3

Yes shorts, jeans, dress slacks, shoes, dress shirts and short sleeves all $3 each

We have two dark brown sofa recliners on each end practically new $100 each

This is a very cool painting My client found it online but he thought he misread the price so we are going to let it go for $150 just to be fair

Heavy plastic fake beer keg I believe they got this from the bar across the street. $40

What would an estate sale be without holiday decor

We do have a teenagers closet as well most of her clothing are $3 except for this pair of shorts $6.00

$80 for this bed because there is a palm size stain on the bottom right hand side of the mattress that price includes the box spring, mattress, and metal frame

We have several medical devices to help someone cross the road

This antique dresser with marble top is in the guest bedroom up front. We only have $100 on this as well. I know I'm crazy

This is a pretty cool invention for those of you who can't get out of your own seats electric lift seat. $50

Looking at the room from the entrance even the stained glass light hanging from the ceiling is for sale

The gentleman who lived here was in world war II I believe he had his rifle on here but it was not here when I got here but the bayonet is $60 for the frame and bayonet
