Welcome to our two-story estate home in Satellite Beach, this home has been in the family for three generations. With a two-car garage downstairs this house had lots of fun back in the day. I stated in the title of the sale, the first owner also was the proprietor for a vintage rattan shop on corner of 5th Avenue and A1a Indialantic. This home is strewn with pieces from that shop . Everything is for sale including the appliances. Allot of vintage glassware in every color. Paintings, and very cool lamps. The garage is full of clothing and so much Christmas decorations.

This home is huge and every corner has memories and collectables. Either your a reseller or simply someone that just Loves old things, we have something for you

About 40+ years old full size 4 poster bed frame. With a relatively new mattress set this was used in the spare room $200

There are two tables with the same style I believe these are the first two items that are shown that were part of the tropic Rattan store in Indialantic back in the 60's

We have a two-piece set both electric recliners with adjustable headrests the following photos show the two different positions of the headrests. The controls are on the side under the armrest also has charging port for your smartphone $400 for the left seat and a $500 for the sofa

This is the only little stain that I've noticed on both pieces on the armrest I'm sure it's an easy clean. The material is not microfiber by the way very comfortable

There are two bikes here near mint condition. $150 for this one

There's are 2 vintage tables with the same inlay on top. But only one table this style. The other is a night stand ( end table ) with drawer

The top could use a little TLC stain. But other than that is a very sturdy three tier mid-century modern accent table

Gothic hand carved very vintage VERY COOL chess set everything is here and the box isn't in bad shape either.

I looked up the model number of the side by side fridge that is for sale in the kitchen this is what they are still selling for, our price is only $500.00 everything works great on it. They say if you buy an appliance that was made before 2020 chances are it will last longer than an appliance that was manufactured this year,

This set of lamps is also from the tropic Shop from the '70s that was located in the Atlantic. With original lamp shades the measurements are in a following photo

Rather heavy bases of these lamps. The lampshades are in wonderful shape and I only saw one small damaged area on one of the lamps. Hardly noticable But I wanted to inform you just in case
