BRING YOUR OWN HELP TO LOAD HEAVY ITEMS. We are all old with bad backs and cannot help. Always look where you are going. Not responsible for Accidents. Young children must be held by the hand at all times. All furniture must be picked up by 1pm Saturday or by special appointment.

Please do not block driveways or trashcans or mailboxes of neighbors when parking.
