Bidder Registration
All bidders must register with Middlemanbrokers Inc. or an approved online bidding platform prior to participating in any auction.

Authenticity & ?As-Is? Policy
All property is sold as-is. Middlemanbrokers Inc. and consignors make no guarantees regarding authenticity, authorship, provenance, condition, or description. No warranties are expressed or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Catalog text, images, and verbal statements do not constitute a guarantee of any kind. Colors and appearance may vary from online photographs.

Counterfeit Clause
If a painting or silver lot is proven to be counterfeit within 14 days of sale, the buyer must notify Middlemanbrokers Inc. in writing. A return must occur within 7 days of that notice, along with a written report by a qualified, impartial expert. If deemed counterfeit, the sale will be rescinded and a refund issued.

Buyer?s Premium
A buyer?s premium of up to 30% will be added to the hammer price of each lot and is payable by the purchaser.

Sales Tax
Purchases are subject to 7% Florida Sales Tax, unless the buyer provides a valid Florida resale certificate. Florida does not recognize resale certificates from other states. Buyers purchasing through online platforms may also be subject to state-specific internet sales tax depending on local laws. To claim exemption, submit your resale certificate via your online account or email it to info@mmbauction.com.

Withdrawal of Property
Middlemanbrokers Inc. reserves the right to withdraw any lot prior to the sale without notice.

Bidding Procedures
All bids are per lot unless announced otherwise. The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid. In the event of a bidding dispute, the Auctioneer has sole discretion to determine the successful bidder or reoffer the lot. The Auctioneer may prioritize in-room bids over internet or phone bids.

Transfer of Title & Risk
Title passes to the highest bidder when the Auctioneer?s hammer falls. Purchasers are responsible for full payment and timely removal of items. Items not picked up may be stored at the buyer?s risk and expense. In the event of noncompliance, the Auctioneer may cancel the sale, retain any payments as liquidated damages, or resell the property and hold the buyer liable for any losses, fees, or commissions.

Consignor Bidding
Unless stated otherwise, consignors may bid on their own lots through the Auctioneer.

Auctioneer Discretion
Middlemanbrokers Inc. may cancel, postpone, or revise any auction or specific lot at any time and may add additional conditions at their discretion.

Binding Agreement
Participation in any auction constitutes acceptance of all terms herein.

12. Payment Terms
Due Upon Invoice: Payment is due immediately upon receipt of the invoice. Buyers have 72 hours to submit payment.

Auto-Charge After 72 Hours: If payment is not received within 72 hours, the card on file will be automatically charged, unless prior arrangements have been made.

Accepted Payment Methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, bank wire transfer, personal and cashier?s checks, money orders, and cash (in-house only).

Wire Transfer Requirement: Any invoice totaling $5,000 or more must be paid via wire transfer.

Late Payment Penalty: Failure to pay within 72 hours will result in a payment dispute filed with the bidding platform. If payment is completed within 7 days of the auction, the dispute will be removed. After 7 days, the item is considered forfeited and the dispute will remain.

Blocked Bidding: Buyers who fail to pay within 7 days will be prohibited from future auctions.

13. Shipping Terms
LiveShipping Partnership: Middlemanbrokers Inc. is partnered with LiveShipping, the official shipping program of LiveAuctioneers, to handle order fulfillment.

Shipping Selection: During checkout, buyers must choose to either use LiveShipping or arrange third-party shipping. If you decline LiveShipping, contact Roberto at roberto@Mr.ShipPro.com for assistance.

No In-House Shipping: Middlemanbrokers Inc. does not provide in-house shipping services and assumes no liability for any third-party shipping arrangements.

Item Abandonment Policy: Items not shipped or picked up within 15 business days of the auction will be deemed abandoned. Abandoned items are ineligible for refund and may be resold or disposed of at the company?s discretion.

Framed Art Policy: Items are sold as framed/matted unless otherwise noted. Middlemanbrokers Inc. does not unframe items, and will not be held responsible for any condition issues discovered upon third-party removal from the frame.

14. Insurance
All shipments are insured up to the purchase amount (minus shipping) or the carrier?s maximum limit. Insurance is billed at $1 per $100 in value and is included in shipping quotes unless waived in writing. Middlemanbrokers Inc. may require insurance on select items and reserves the right to refuse uninsured shipments.

15. Storage Fees
Oversized or non-shippable items must be picked up within 10 days of the auction. Late pickups are subject to a $10 per lot, per day storage fee unless prior arrangements are made. Items not picked up within 3 months will be forfeited without refund. Legal action may be pursued for unpaid storage fees.

16. Processing Fees
Payments made via credit card or PayPal are subject to a processing fee set by the payment platform. This fee will be disclosed on the invoice and must be accepted as part of the total payment.

17. Refund / Return Policy
All Sales Final: Items are sold as-is. Returns are only accepted for items damaged in transit.

Return Process: To qualify, the buyer must:

Contact us within 7 business days of delivery.

Submit photos of the box, packaging, and damaged item.

Approval & Refund: Upon approval, the buyer must return the item for inspection. Refunds will be issued in the original payment form. Return shipping is the buyer?s responsibility.

No Other Returns Accepted: Items may not be returned for any other reason, including condition issues not visible due to framing.
