Transitions Estates and the owners assume no liability for loss or damages to property, vehicles or persons while at the sale. Please be respectful of the residents and park responsibly. DO NOT park on grass or block driveways or mail boxes. Parking is only permitted on one side of the street. PLEASE BRING HELP TO LOAD OR MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR HELP OUR STAFF WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ASSIST YOU AT OUR SALE. All purchases must be removed by 2:00 pm on Saturday April 26th 2025 unless other arrangements have been made. Sales Tax will be collected. DEALERS if WE DO NOT HAVE YOUR CURRENT TAX CERTIFICATE ON FILE FOR 2025 YOU WILL BE CHARGED TAX. If you have a re-sale tax certificate, please present your 2024 copy before checking out at the register otherwise you will be charged tax. Please No Strollers, food or drinks allowed inside home. Children under 12 are welcome but must be supervised at all times. Sorry No Pre-Sales or pricing given out prior to sale. Debit/Credit Cards accepted on purchases $15.00 and up. As always NO PRE-SALES, except for Automobiles.

This home is busting at the seams with lots of treasures! I could write a long list of items to be found, however I think the photos will tell the story. As of Sunday afternoon we still have 3 bedrooms, office, garage & outside to get photographs of. Please be sure to check back on both Monday and Tuesday evenings for more photos.
