- Because of the large volume of small items at this sale we will have clients put these loose é items in a box or bag and we will do a group pricing for you. PLEASE KEEP THESE SEPARATE FROM THE PRICED PIECES!

- NO WAY JOSÉ ON EARLY BIRDS;)

- DONT BLOCK THE DRIVEWAY!

 

The time is now for Lulu and Tracy to present a couple more sales- This first one will be a TWO PART SALE and is on the east side of town. This property was once an old dairy farmstead and you will see remnants of old Tallahassee landscape as well with magnificent centennial oaks.

On historic dairy farm land we are presenting a 2 day sale that includes:

- Garage & Office/Tool Room

- She-Shed: vintage & antique/nostalgic items 

- Man Cave Tool Shed

- Old Furniture/ Some Holiday Stiff

- Vintage Outdoor Metal Furniture

- Garden & Old Farm Stuff

She-Shed! This place was a disaster with a capital D when we started! I want to move in now;)Furniture as-is or to restore… Old military stuff as wellGreat vintage books and odd pieces. Love that mirror…Faux hydrangeas- the real ones are coming soon to a garden near you;) I found lots of cool teaching aids to use in the staging- a couple of the folks were teachers so it was fun to see the teaching ‘aids’ through the yearsSuper vintage metal flowers!Aha! Two fun chandeliers for restoring. One has complete crystals, the other would be great to mix other crystals into the mix.Money money money! How about a few 5,000, 000 bills;)We found quite a few old metal farm pieces around the propertyVintage cookbooks and a large jar of vintage marblesThese old game boards are fantastic! Many of the games have all the piecesHeck, I don’t know what this is for but I like it;)Entrance to the She Shed!Let’s enter the Man Cave! Another disaster zone when we started this project:)Big Boy Shed has lots of toolsTracy has organized all the odds and ends, putting together whatever complete sets she could. A great idea would be for you fellas to pull together a little toolbox for your lady friend :-)You name it, it’s probably in here. Crap we have no clue what it is as well!Products?? We got ‘em…Mostly corded and some battery operated but needs either the battery or the charger! But…I tell ya, we made good use of a couple of the corded itemsMore stuff! We’ve tested what we could…Super tall!And another extended tall…Uh oh…what’s in here??Ok, so Tracy re-did the top of this white wicker long side table in the mystery shed and you will see it in Part 2 of the sale…Sorry! I needed to use it on the really great fern patio;)We found some film processing gear in here…That’s one piece in the corner, the other is on a table to the leftYea yea..boxes of holiday stuff. We will pull all this out and have on tables outside.Don’t be alarmed by the mile high pile of holiday gear!Ta da! The Garage awaits you…In all it’s glory…enter the Cave in the back of the garageThere is this room, see, that is in the very BACK of the garage that the fella just HAD to build for even MORE tools…Let’s take a tourAnother disaster room that we straightened up. Like we’re genies. Cross your arms and blink twice. Done.Ahhh..this makes me happy to see the results of the clean up in hereOld stuff, new stuff, cheap stuff, stuff you needAlways, an odd assortment…The Big Guy’s chair in his lairDon’t you guys ever have enough tools??We came across old camping gear so here it isTracy, god bless her, nebbed the fishing area and hung up the rods. What a gal.Boxes filled with crap. Paint supplies, loose ‘useful’ items:)Yep, more stuff to look at…Another nook in the garage. Several good coolers and there’s an old fridge in here that you are welcome to. With food in the freezer!Who dat gal ready to rake some potatoes?Outdoor stuff is so nice…Bunny had an accident but she’s on the mend.
