Welcome to our private estate sale. We would like to let all buyers and onlookers to know that we are not responsible for any injuries on premise. This sale will have large items and you will need to bring help to load large items. Cash , paypal and venmo is accepted. Cash is preferred though.

This is the first private sale this individual/company has listed.

I would like to personally welcome you to our private estate sale/fundraiser for my mom, who was recently diagnosed with ALS. All proceeds will go to help pay for her 24/7 care that is required. Before I start listing what we have, I would like the buyers to know that we will be having a raffle for various prizes. Winners will be notified after sale is concluded. Please hand money for raffle to cashier and cashier will give you ticket.

So, now that we have that out of the way. My mom recently moved to a new residence that was more handicapped-friendly. The house is sold and we are willing and ready to get everything out of the house!

This sale will include some nice antique mahogany wood furniture, a couch, a nice chair with ottoman, a cast iron glass table with chairs, and wood rocking chairs.

We also have tons of glasses, plates, kitchen supplies...oh and some very nice crystal!

The garage is a little crazy and you may have to dig a little. We have tile pieces, paint, and some outdoor tools as well.

Finally, we have some video games and assorted toys!
