PLEASE READ THE RULES OF ENGAGEMENT OF THIS SALE BEFORE ATTENDING!
As with other Estate companies, all Deal Estate Sale staff legally carry firearms !!
Sale is: Thursday thru Saturday ONLY ! Doors open at 11:00 PM each day.
-Children will be allowed in as long as there is no line of BUYING customers.
-NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS WILL BE AVAILABLE !
-WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE OR ENTRANCE TO ANYONE!
-Shoplifters will be prosecuted. You steal, we call police.
-SMILE, as usual, there will be hidden surveillance cameras throughout the home.
-Due to increased theft, no large purses or bags will be allowed in the sale. Please don't bring them, so I don't have to ask you to leave them outside.
-Please do not call, email or text asking for prices. We do not give out prices prior to the sale. You must attend the sale for pricing and information.
" Please remember that the owner has the right to remove any items out of this sale, even though they may be advertised."
-All items sold as-is and no refunds accepted.
-Bring help and your own tools to load large items as our employees are not allowed to assist due to insurance regulations. We do not have any staff available to load purchases.
-If you break an item, it's yours to buy.
-Florida Sales Tax Collected on All Sales Unless Exempt with Certificate
-We work closely with the client to ensure pricing is fair for all parties. 50% reduction of items is not guaranteed on final day of sale.

Done Deal Estate Sales and Appraisals will be in South Tampa this upcoming weekend for an IN-PERSON estate sale.
Patrick and Patricia Keefe are long time south Tampa residence that have decided to downsize. They are the former owners of Keefe Appraisers, a certified residential appraisal company located in Temple Terrace. We are handling the complete liquidation of the entire contents. This is an large immaculate home without any smoking or animals. There is plenty for everyone.. You don't want to miss this one !
The home will be sold at the conclusion of our sale and will be listed with a realtor.
