By attending this sale, all shoppers agree to the following terms:
Payment & Sales
All Sales Final: Every item is sold "as-is" and "where-is" with no guarantees or warranties.
No Refunds or Exchanges: Please inspect all items thoroughly before purchasing.
Payment Methods: We accept Cash, Apple Pay and Venmo.
Entry & Shopping Rules
First Come, First Served: A signup sheet/numbers will be available at [7:00 AM] on the first day of the sale.
No Large Bags: No large purses, backpacks, or heavy jackets are allowed inside the home.
Holding Items: Items placed on the "Hold Table" are a commitment to buy. Do not place items there unless you intend to purchase them.
Shoplifting: Shop lifters will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law, and local authorities will be called immediately.
Moving & Loading Large Items
Bring Your Own Muscle: You must bring your own help to lift, move, and load heavy items, tools, or furniture.
Removal Deadlines: All purchased items must be removed from the property by 4:00 PM on Sunday.
Property Damage: Buyers are financially responsible for any damage caused to the home or property while removing purchased items.
Liability & Safety Waiver
Enter at Your Own Risk: The homeowners and sale coordinators are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or slips inside the home, in the yard, or on the surrounding property.
Watch Your Step: Please be aware of steps, uneven walkways, and crowded spaces.
Supervise Children: Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
