All items are sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties, returns, refunds, or exchanges of any kind. Please inspect all items carefully before purchasing. Faithful Estate Services LLC assumes no liability for the condition, authenticity, or functionality of any item sold.
Pricing
All items are priced as marked. Prices are researched and set in advance based on current market conditions. Some negotiation may be considered at the discretion of staff — please ask politely. Bulk pricing on certain items or lots may be available.
Payment
We accept Cash & Credit/Debit Card. All payments must be completed before items are removed from the property. Large bills are accepted but exact change is appreciated.
Item Removal
All purchased items must be removed from the property by the close of the sale on the final sale day unless prior arrangements have been made with staff. Buyers are responsible for bringing their own help and appropriate vehicles for transporting large or heavy items. Faithful Estate Services LLC staff are not able to assist with loading.
Hold Policies
Items cannot be held without a deposit. Held items not paid in full and retrieved by the agreed pickup time will be forfeited and returned to the sale floor.
Conduct
We ask that all attendees treat the property, the contents, and fellow shoppers with respect. Any individual who is disruptive, disrespectful, or suspected of theft will be asked to leave immediately and may be subject to prosecution.
Photography
Photography of items for personal purchasing decisions is permitted with staff approval. Photography of the property or its contents for any other purpose is not permitted without prior written consent from Faithful Estate Services LLC.
Children and Pets
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Pets are not permitted on the property during the sale.
Liability
Attendees enter the property at their own risk. Faithful Estate Services LLC is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or losses sustained on the premises. Client homeowner's insurance remains in effect throughout the sale.
