By placing a bid, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranties or guarantees. Please carefully review all photos and descriptions before bidding. Descriptions are provided in good faith but are not guarantees of condition, age, authenticity, completeness, or operation. Contact us with questions before bidding.

2. BIDS ARE BINDING
Once placed, bids are binding and cannot be canceled due to buyer’s remorse, bidding errors, pickup conflicts, distance, shipping costs, or failure to read the listing or these terms.

3. PAYMENT
Winning bidders are responsible for payment of all items won, applicable buyer’s premium, sales tax, and any shipping or handling charges. Payment must be made according to the instructions provided with your invoice.

4. BUYER’S PREMIUM & SALES TAX
The buyer’s premium of 16% for the auction will be added to each winning bid. Florida sales tax will be collected when required unless a valid resale certificate is on file. There will be a reduced buyer's premium of 13% for in-person cash payment.

5. PICKUP
Pickup dates, times, and location are listed with each auction. Please confirm you can attend before bidding. Alternate pickup arrangements are not guaranteed.

6. REMOVAL & LOADING
Buyers must bring their own help, tools, equipment, boxes, and packing materials. Magnolia Lane staff cannot guarantee loading assistance. Buyers are responsible for any damage they cause to the home, property, or surrounding area while removing purchases. We partner with and recommend RCA for all large furniture pickup and deliveries. 7. SHIPPING
Shipping is available only on items designated as shippable. Buyers are responsible for all shipping, insurance, packing, handling, and related charges. Shipping costs are not grounds for canceling a purchase. A separate shipping invoice will be sent once your item is paid for. Please allow some time for this invoice to arrive as items must be packed before invoices can be generated.

8. MISSED PICKUP / ABANDONED ITEMS
Items not picked up during the scheduled pickup period, without prior approved arrangements, may be considered abandoned. No refunds or credits will be issued. Abandoned items may be disposed of, donated, or resold at Magnolia Lane’s discretion.

9. UNPAID PURCHASES
Failure to pay may result in cancellation of the purchase and suspension or permanent loss of future bidding privileges.

10. AUCTION & TECHNOLOGY ISSUES
Magnolia Lane reserves the right to withdraw or correct a listing, lot, description, or auction when necessary. We are not responsible for internet, website, bidding-platform, or other technical issues outside our control.

11. SAFETY & LIABILITY
Buyers enter the property and remove purchases at their own risk. Magnolia Lane Estate Sales is not responsible for accidents, injuries, loss, theft, or damage occurring during preview, pickup, loading, or transportation.
